Scope of work includes responsibility for regulatory compliance of P&G products with global, regional and local laws & regulations, as well as, ensuring that P&G products are safe for all our consumers. As a regulatory affairs associate researcher within the Global Product Stewardship (GPS) team, the candidate will partner with multi-functional teams to drive activities necessary to ensure that products are registered with relevant external authorities where required, and that their formulation & label are compliant to the applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with multi-functional team members located across the globe to timely deliver on external regulatory dossier requirements across One-Europe, Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMA) markets .
  • Effectively leverage P&G systems/tools to extract product technical data as needed.  
  • Track & manage technical dossier submissions/approvals with relevant govt. authorities.
  • Collaborates with registration contacts in other regions and business units to learn and reapply best practices.
  • Build regulatory knowledge in multiple product categories and understanding of the regulatory landscape across One-Europe, Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMA) markets.

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of Scientific Bachelor’s degree (Life Science or Pharmaceutical)
  • Max 2 years of experience. Graduation June 2022 & June 2023 & Fresh Grads can apply.
  • Excellent communications and organization skills
  • Self-driven towards excellent execution, attention to detail and follow-through
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must.
  • Autonomous, rigorous and motivated
  • Analytical skills
  • Organized with good interpersonal skills to work within a matrix organization.
